Building this online training system was the culmination of 12 years experience.
Working with elite athletes from all ages, and levels from youth to professional both in the private sector and at a premier league academy. An app where you have training sessions designed to target the key physical abilities to excel in your sport. Speed, strength, power, plyometrics and conditioning all in one place with sets, reps, rest time, coaching points and video demonstrations for every exercise.

As well as completing high quality Strength & Conditioning every week via the app,
you will have me working alongside you as your personal coach. In the app you can
message, ask questions, send video demonstrations and feedback, with me to help
you every step of the way.
To improve, we need to stress the body in order to make a meaningful adaptation
while also keeping you fresh and ready to train and compete. That means we need to have a long term vision. Can you see yourself training consistently and in 6/12 months feeling
completely different, looking completely different, physically performing at levels you
never have before? These are the changes I've seen over and over again when
following a programme like this…If you're consistent and perform the programme
with maximum effort.
The app contains up to 25 programmed sessions to complete throughout the month
for the same price as one in person session. If you have access to equipment or a gym, the programme that would work best would be The Athlete Programme.
