ParentPlayer works with a small number of carefully aligned mentors who support players through high-pressure stages of the football journey.

These pathways are invite-only and exist to protect quality, depth and integrity, not scale.

Aligned mentoring pathways are built around shared standards, not outcomes.

They are:

• limited in numbers
• filtered before access
• focused on emotional management and perspective
• protected from hype, urgency, and comparison

Mentors are not asked to scale, promote, or commercialise their work.

1. Players and parents are screened by ParentPlayer
2. Expectations and readiness are assessed
3. Introductions are made only where alignment exists

Not every player is suitable.
Not every stage is the right time.

Matt works with a small number of players, supporting them through pressure, transition, and the emotional demands of elite environments.

His mentoring focuses on:

• managing expectation
• staying grounded under pressure
• maintaining identity beyond performance

Numbers are deliberately limited.

Aligned mentoring pathways are not open programmes.

They exist to support players properly, not quickly.
